Background
Omar started KIRA in 2018 after building performance marketing systems for brands across Kuwait, UAE, and Saudi Arabia. He identified a gap: GCC businesses were being served by agencies that understood neither Gulf culture nor modern AI — and were paying for it in wasted budgets and missed growth.
He built KIRA to fix that. Today KIRA is a Meta-verified WhatsApp Solution Provider managing 35+ GCC and international clients, with a historical peak of 60× ROAS on Meta Ads.

KIRA's flagship WhatsApp AI platform. Omar architected the entire system — from the Arabic NLP layer and Gulf dialect training to the Tap Payments integration and 48-hour deployment process. Lojain handles 300+ conversations per day for a single F&B client alone.
