Can the assistant understand voice notes — including Gulf and Iraqi Arabic dialects?

Can it understand a photo or screenshot of a product?

Yes. A customer can send an image or screenshot, and the assistant identifies the matching item in your product catalog and replies with price, availability, and a way to buy.

What happens if a customer sends a product that isn't in my catalog?

The assistant uses visual similarity to recommend the closest alternatives from your own inventory. If it can't find a confident match, it hands the conversation to a human agent with the image attached. It does not invent answers or search outside your catalog.

Does a human agent take over when needed?

Yes. Anything the AI can't resolve is seamlessly escalated to your team through the dashboard, with the full conversation context.

Which customer journeys can be automated?

Product inquiries, order placement, order tracking, stock/size/color availability, returns and refunds, basic support, and account questions such as order history.

Does it read PDFs or documents?

Yes — for example invoices and return labels.

Does it connect to my existing systems (Odoo, my app, my backend)?

Who owns my WhatsApp Business number?

You do. If you ever leave, you keep your number and can move it to another WhatsApp provider.

Can I export my data, and in what format?

Yes — contacts, full conversation history, and chat-related order details, exported in standard CSV or JSON, at no extra cost. Your data is always yours.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You receive a complete export, and after you confirm it, your data is permanently deleted from our servers. Nothing is retained.

Are Meta's WhatsApp messaging fees included?

No. Meta charges conversation-based fees directly to your own Business Manager, at cost. We help you set this up so you pay Meta directly with no markup.

How do I request support or changes?

Through our email protocol, so every request is tracked. Critical, system-down emergencies are covered separately, and scheduled live technical sessions can be arranged as an add-on.

How are new requests or features outside the original scope handled?

Send the request by email; we assess it and send a separate quote with cost and timeline, then proceed once approved. This keeps your core project on schedule.

Do I get technical documentation for integration?

Yes — complete, up-to-date documentation for all APIs, webhooks, authentication, and data structures your developers need.
