Kira Agency was founded in 2018 by Omar Sokar in Kuwait City with a single belief: GCC brands deserve marketing infrastructure that actually works — not vanity metrics, but measurable outcomes. What started as a performance marketing consultancy has grown into a full-stack AI marketing company.
