We collect business contact information (name, company, phone number, email) provided through our contact forms and WhatsApp conversations. For Lojain AI clients, we process end-customer conversation data on your behalf.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use collected data to provide services, send service-related communications, improve our AI systems, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

3. WhatsApp & Meta Data

Lojain AI operates on the WhatsApp Business API as a Meta Solution Provider. WhatsApp conversation data is processed through Meta's infrastructure. We comply with Meta's data processing policies and applicable privacy regulations.

4. Data Retention

We retain client account data for the duration of the service contract plus 12 months. Conversation data is retained for up to 24 months unless you request earlier deletion. You may request export or deletion of your data at any time.
