1. Data We Collect

We collect business contact information (name, company, phone number, email) provided through our contact forms and WhatsApp conversations. For Lojain AI clients, we process end-customer conversation data on your behalf.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use collected data to provide services, send service-related communications, improve our AI systems, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

3. WhatsApp & Meta Data

Lojain AI operates on the WhatsApp Business API as a Meta Solution Provider. WhatsApp conversation data is processed through Meta's infrastructure. We comply with Meta's data processing policies and applicable privacy regulations.

4. TikTok Data

When you connect a TikTok account to Kira, we use TikTok's Login Kit and Content Posting API. With your explicit authorization we access only your basic TikTok profile (open ID, display name, avatar) to show which account is connected, and we publish the video and caption content that you submit to your own authorized TikTok account. We only ever access the account that authorized Kira; we do not access other users' data, your followers, or your private messages. TikTok access and refresh tokens are stored securely on our servers and used solely to perform actions you initiate. You can disconnect TikTok at any time from the Kira dashboard, which revokes our access; on disconnection — or on request to info@kiraco.org — we delete the associated tokens and data. Our use of TikTok data complies with the TikTok Developer Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

5. Data Retention

We retain client account data for the duration of the service contract plus 12 months. Conversation data is retained for up to 24 months unless you request earlier deletion. You may request export or deletion of your data at any time.

7. Cookies

We use Google Analytics and Meta Pixel for website analytics. These tools use cookies to measure traffic and user behavior. You can opt out via your browser settings.
