We are hiring a full-time Content Creator to make short videos for KIRA, our services and selected KIRA clients.
The role
Plan, script, shoot and edit short videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) for KIRA's own accounts and services.
Turn our products into content people stop for: real use cases, demos of the real product, before and after stories.
Create videos for selected KIRA clients, in each client's own brand and voice.
Go out and shoot on location at client sites and branches when a project needs it. KIRA covers transportation.
Write captions, hooks and scripts in Arabic and English.
Keep a weekly content calendar, publish on schedule, and report what worked each week (reach, saves, messages, leads).
Work with the team on launch videos, client case study videos and campaign videos.
Requirements
2+ years creating short videos for a brand or agency, with a portfolio of videos you made yourself.
You shoot the videos yourself: shooting is a required part of this role. No heavy equipment needed.
Strong in video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar): pacing, captions, sound and motion text.
Excellent Arabic and good written English.
Comfortable on camera or with voice over (a plus, not required).
Curious about AI tools and quick to learn new ones.
Full time, on site in Sheikh Zayed City, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

We are hiring a full-time Operations and Client Success Specialist to run follow-up, onboarding and delivery on our client accounts.
The role
Be the single point of contact for our largest client accounts: when management assigns a task, you take it to the client, follow up until it is delivered, and report back with proof.
Run client onboarding end to end: collect access, credentials, documents and data, and confirm every item is received and working.
Set up and maintain WhatsApp Business accounts in Meta Business Manager: numbers, templates, approvals and access permissions.
Support clients on the systems we run for them: Odoo (purchase orders, leads, records), the AI assistant integrations clients use to run our systems, the business intelligence dashboards, and AI visibility reports that show how AI assistants talk about a brand.
Coordinate the advertising side with the team: ad account and page access, app and website tracking, and campaign reports.
Keep client catalogues and product content up to date in Arabic and English.
Coordinate business development projects for clients: data requests, sales and staff information, plans and their deadlines.
Prepare client updates, meeting minutes and status reports in Arabic and English.
Keep every task in our system, with status and next step, so nothing is chased twice or forgotten.
Requirements
2+ years in operations, account management or client success at a SaaS, software or AI company.
AI experience: you work with AI assistants and AI tools every day, and you can set them up and show a client how to use them.
Odoo experience: purchase orders, inventory, leads and records, hands on.
SaaS onboarding experience: you have taken clients from signup to live on a software product.
Logistics experience: suppliers, stock, shipments and delivery follow-up.
Hands on with Meta Business Manager, WhatsApp Business and Meta Ads Manager, including app and website tracking.
Excellent Arabic and strong written English.
Organised and persistent: you follow up until it is done, without being reminded.
Experience with Gulf clients is a plus.
